Terry Fleck

Dr. Terry Fleck is an expert in the field of canine legalities. Author of several publications titled Legal Updates and Opinions, he travels nationwide presenting seminars on legal issues of canine usage, canine tactics, and the prevention of litigation. Terry has been in law enforcement for over 27 years and has been involved with police dogs during the entire time. Terry has a Doctor of Education in Criminal Justice degree, and is a deputy sheriff / canine handler in South Lake Tahoe, California.
